Will is a technical writer by day and a fiction writer by night. He was developed in the mountains of Virginia and now operates in the prairies of Manitoba. He holds an MFA from George Mason University where he was assistant fiction editor for Phoebe Journal of Literature and Art. Will is the managing editor of Exoplanet Magazine, and his fiction has appeared in various journals and anthologies, including Parallel Prairies, Unburied Fables, Expanded Horizons, The Northern Virginia Review, Another Place: Brief Disruptions, and Sassafras Literary Magazine.
